The problem

Across Europe, religious communities and places of worship face increasing security risks. Incidents related to hate crimes and threats are real, frequent, and emotionally charged.

The core issue was not only safety. It was trust and visibility.

Effective reporting relies on trust. And prevention and policy need consistent data to succeed.
